Where is the electrical outlet and hose? Is there shade we can work in?
Before the detail we'll walk around the car together and find the areas that are most important. We will also go over the service we agreed on.
Throughout the detail, feel free to see how everything is going. We are always happy to explain our process and share a tip or two.
We will walk around the car again. Customer satisfaction is our main priority! No one is perfect, so if we missed a spot, let us know!
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and of course, cash!

I need to cancel my appointment. Is there a cancelation fee?
No, we do not have a cancelation fee. We understand that things may come up. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible in order so we can let other customers know we can schedule them in that day.
Do I have to be present during the entire time?
No. If you can only be present at the end, but we have access to the vehicle and utilities we can start working until you arrive.
For new customers we will require a $50 deposit if no one will be able to process payment at the end of the detail.
I do not have a hose or an outlet. Will you still be available?
Yes! Please let us know if this is the case though. We try to reasonably accommodate this request. However, our services may be limited.
