My name is Jessie and I am originally from New York. I've lived in the Hudson Valley for most of my life.

At age 16 I started learning how to drive. On one occasion, someone let me borrow their car for the weekend. It was in terrible shape. As a "thank you", I decided to clean their car. It took several hours but I was very satisfied with the results. Eventually, I got my first car. I would spend several hours cleaning it before the weekend. I kept searching for videos, trying different products and perfecting my techniques. As time went on, friends and family began to ask me to clean their cars.

I try not to be brand loyal to any particular products. I do like products by Meguiar's, Turtle Wax, Chemical Guys, Griot's Garage and Optimum. I am working on updating the DIY section to include links to all the products I use.
